Terms of Service

My Diaper Raffle ("the Service") is a web application that allows baby shower hosts ("Hosts") to create digital diaper raffles and invite guests to enter. Guests submit their name, email, and diaper count. Hosts draw a winner at their baby shower.

The Service is operated by My Diaper Raffle. By creating an account or entering a raffle, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Hosts are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. You must not share your password or allow others to access your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Accounts created with false information may be terminated without notice.

Creating a raffle requires a one-time payment per raffle. The current price is $9.99 per raffle.

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• All payments are non-refundable once the raffle has been activated and a shareable link has been generated.
• If you experience a technical issue that prevents your raffle from functioning, contact us at hello@mydiaperraffle.com and we will review your case.

You agree not to use My Diaper Raffle to:

• Create fraudulent or fake raffles designed to deceive guests
• Collect guest data for purposes other than running the raffle
• Send spam or unsolicited marketing to guests
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent payment requirements

The Service is intended for genuine baby shower diaper raffles. Use for any other purpose is prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at our sole discretion, without prior notice. In cases of clear abuse or fraud, no refund will be issued.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@mydiaperraffle.com.

Guests who enter raffles agree to have their name, email, and diaper count shared with the raffle Host for the sole purpose of administering the raffle and notifying the winner. Guest data is not used for marketing.

My Diaper Raffle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Diaper Raffle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or technical failures.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific raffle giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify registered Hosts by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration.
